Privacy Policy

How we handle your data, in plain English, and your rights under GDPR.

Last updated: September 2026. High Performer Lab ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who we are (Data Controller)

High Performer Lab, Dublin, Ireland. Contact for anything data-related: Hello@highperformerlab.com.

2. What we collect and why

Enquiry form: name, email address, organisation, role, enquiry type, group size and your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Email correspondence: if you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your query and any resulting engagement.

Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes IP addresses and browser information in server logs for security and delivery of the website. Legal basis: legitimate interest in running a secure website.

We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this site, we do not sell personal data, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Who processes your data for us

Netlify (website hosting and form processing): form submissions are transmitted to and stored by Netlify on our behalf. Google Fonts: the fonts on this site are delivered by Google, which receives your IP address when the font files load. Spotify: the podcast button links to Spotify; their own privacy policy applies once you leave our site. We only work with providers who commit to GDPR-compliant processing, including appropriate safeguards for any transfers outside the EEA (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses).

4. How long we keep data

Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, for the duration of that engagement plus any period required for legal or accounting purposes. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. To exercise any right, email Hello@highperformerlab.com and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Irish supervisory authority: the Data Protection Commission (DPC), 21 Fitzwilliam Square South, Dublin 2, D02 RD28, www.dataprotection.ie.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

See our Cookie Policy for details of the very limited storage this site uses.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data (for example, if we add analytics), we will update this page and, where required, ask for your consent first.
